AI Visibility Report · Biweekly
Across 60 probes NourishRX holds the best average position and the highest sentiment of all seven tracked brands — on the 10% of probes where it appears at all. The gap is frequency, not perception.

| Brand | Vis. | Sent. | Pos. | Cited |
|---|
Cited counts answers that linked the brand's own domain. Being named and being linked are different wins.
Visibility is uniformly low across all four surfaces, so this is not one engine's idiosyncrasy. Sentiment is positive on every engine that surfaces the brand.

Used is the share of the 60 answers citing that domain. These are the pages the engines read before recommending anyone.

Filled dot = NourishRX named by that engine. Top cited sources are the three domains most often linked across that prompt's four answers.

Measured against DataForSEO's corpus of real ChatGPT conversations rather than our prompts. Raw counts lead because the percentage depends entirely on which competitors we track — add an eighth brand and every share shifts without anything changing in reality.

Sessions and conversions GA4 attributes to AI assistants — the revenue side of everything above.
The ingestion is built and will fill this section on the next run once a read-only service account is attached. Three steps:
GA4_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON in .env and ga4_property_id in the client config.Reported per engine: sessions, engaged sessions, conversions and revenue from chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, gemini.google.com, claude.ai and copilot.microsoft.com. Conversion figures come from GA4 key events, so those must exist in GA4 first.
NourishRX averages position 1.0 and sentiment 76.7 — both best in the tracked set, ahead of Equip Health (1.4 / 63.0) and Nourish (1.9 / 55.3). When an engine has enough grounding to mention NourishRX it leads with it and describes it favourably. That rules out a positioning or reputation problem and isolates the constraint to retrieval: the engines rarely encounter the brand in the sources they read.
Of 56 probes where someone described their problem without naming a provider, NourishRX appeared twice. A competitor appeared on 38 of those 56. Just 1 of the 119 cited domains is NourishRX's own.
eatingdisorderhope.com (cited in 21.7% of answers) and edrdpro.com (16.7%) are the two highest-used domains NourishRX is absent from, and both are practitioner directories that accept listings. Cheapest route into the retrieval set.
ARFID, anorexia and binge-eating prompts drew 3 to 6 competitor names each and NourishRX on none. These are conditions NourishRX treats, so the absence is a content gap. Answers here lean on small independent practice sites — 84% of cited domains — rather than large publishers, so depth beats domain authority in this niche.
"Eating disorder dietitian that takes insurance" is the only non-branded prompt where ChatGPT both names and links NourishRX, at position one. Insurance coverage is the association the engines already hold; it should anchor the content plan rather than sit in a footer.
nourish.com is the most-cited competitor domain, appearing in 23.3% of answers, and 14 of its 18 appearances are citations rather than named mentions. Its sentiment is the lowest in the set (55.3) against NourishRX's highest (76.7), so the risk is not that it is better regarded — only that it owns the generic term. Use the full NourishRX lockup in content, schema and directory listings.
